It explores ways of balancing demands between past and future, acceptance and challenge, stability and change and aims to explore issues that affect couples or families by creating environments which help people to help themselves. Psychodynamic, and systemic models of therapy are available.
Please note that the clinic is unable to offer appropriate facilities for toddlers and young children to attend sessions
Therapists experienced in working with couples and families on a range of issues which may include:

To find out more, please book an online initial interview via the box opposite and for couples or parents, please both complete an initial interview form. This is an information gathering session/screening interview so at this stage it would not be necessary for all family members to attend and will be with one of our couple or family therapists.
Following the assessment interview we will then arrange ongoing sessions with your therapist. In the case of family therapy the first session will be the real assessment of the family. See Information for New Clients
