The Rock Clinic Association (RCA), a registered charity established in 1990, is a collective of over 140 counsellors and psychotherapists. RCA practitioners provide a range of therapeutic approaches for the local, national and international community at low and affordable cost. The Clinics also offer training placements for those studying or recently qualified in counselling and psychotherapy at postgraduate level.
The Rock has three physical sites across the city (see Map)
Rock East: 270 Eastern Road, Brighton BN2 5TA
Rock West: 8 Western Street, Brighton BN1 2PG
Rock Hove: 9 The Drive, Hove BN3 3JE
and one online Clinic at Rock Virtual.
All Clinics have facilities for individual psychological therapy and space for training and group work. There is full disabled access at Rock West and good disabled access at Rock East.
The Clinics are in operation during the week from 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday from 9am - 5pm. For details of our reception hours, please see our Contacts page. Please note that we are closed on public Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year.
The Clinic is aware that certain groups may have particular issues and experiences which require specialist understanding (please see our Equal Opportunity Policy).
We are able to offer help to those from BAME, LGBTQ, young people (13+) and Third Age groups, as well as working age adults, and can deliver therapy in a range of languages.
We also offer Employee Assistance and Health Insurance work.

Rock Clinics East, West and Hove have a total of 25 consulting rooms and three larger spaces suitable for group work, training events and awaydays.
Rock West has full disabled access and Rock East has good disabled access.
