Beginning Therapy Terms & Conditions

Beginning therapy at the Rock Clinic involves certain arrangements, which it may be helpful for you to know.

1. The therapy session lasts for 50 minutes for individuals and couples, charges to be agreed at the first session. You may pay this weekly or monthly via cash, BACS transfer or card (PayPal/IZettle) subject to card Terms & Conditions. 
2. All cancellations are charged for unless one week’s notice is given (to be received verbally or via email by 9am within 5 working days).
3. As a client of the Rock Clinic, all enquiries, communications and data handling are managed via the Rock Clinic Association’s confidentiality and privacy policy GDPR Compliant . 
4. Supplied information is used only to respond to booking or communication issues. No personally identifiable information is disclosed to outside parties except where I believe release is appropriate to ensure your or others’ safety and comply with the law. You will always be informed of this in advance.
5. Rock Clinic therapists practice u under the codes of ethics of the following organisations: BACP, UKCP BABCP, BCP, HCPC and BAPPS .
