In order to ensure we keep your personal information as secure as possible, we have robust technical and organisational procedures.  These include ensuring your data is only accessed by authorised members of staff (Clinical and administrative) for purposes relating to the delivery of our therapeutic services. Where possible, we use unique identifiers or anonymisation of data.

We only keep your data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described above in section 5, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.
